With all TVs, the picture quality decreases if you look at the screen at an angle. That is, the dark areas become brighter than they should be, the brightness in general decreases and the colors wash out and can shift. Depending on the panel, however, these problems are less severe or only occur at greater angles.

Lamps or windows during the day can of course be reflected in the TV. In order to see as little of these reflections as possible, the TV must be able to be bright enough on the one hand, and also have a coating so that little light is reflected back.

If you only use the TV in the evening or have curtains or something similar so that no light falls on the TV when you use it, this point is of course irrelevant.
