LG OLED C9 The LG C9 is one of the best TVs of 2019. Thanks to the OLED panel, it offers perfect black, infinite contrast and a very wide viewing angle. Compared to the B9, it is a little more demanding, which is not least reflected in the price. If you've had an OLED TV before and are now looking for a more powerful version, you'll find an appropriate TV here. This makes the LG C9 a TV for enthusiasts thanks to the Alpha 9 processor. | LG OLED B9 Compared to the C9, the LG B9 is a bit cheaper, but scores with almost the same performance. Black, contrast and viewing angle are the same here. The built-in second generation Alpha 7 processor is a bit weaker, but the differences will only be apparent to enthusiasts. This is especially true for motion interpolation and image processing. Nevertheless, the B9 is a very good TV for any application in darker rooms. Especially for beginners it is recommendable. |

Our conclusion: Sophisticated or affordable OLED?
Choosing between the LG C9 and LG B9 is difficult. Since the performance differs minimally in some cases, we generally recommend the following: If you are buying an OLED for the first time, the LG B9 is a good choice. Everyone benefits from great picture quality in games, movies and series. But those who are a bit more experienced and have higher demands on the picture can pay the surcharge for the C9. The built-in processor provides better performance in image processing and motion interpolation, which many beginners hardly notice. One thing is for sure: Both TVs provide a lot of fun!
