IMAX (Images Maximum)

IMAX is a screen format respectively film system developed for high-quality cinema screenings and is a combination of the two words “images” and “maximum”. Compatible televisions therefore offer better picture and sound quality, but they are also more expensive and often require additional equipment to provide the full experience. Also, not all of the content is available in IMAX, so you’ll only have a rather limited selection to choose from.
